■Does this cost money?

・No, the use of this service is free of charge. Registration is also free.

■What is a kamon charm?

・You can create a custom kamon charm using your favourite kamon, surname and design.

■How much does it cost?

・For just 500 yen per month, you can create as many kamon charms as you want.

■How do I purchase?

・Please follow these steps to make a purchase:
1.Log in to kamon.net. If you are not yet a member, please register first.
2.On the details page, please choose “create a kamon charm”
3.Browse the characteristics and then hit “create the kamon charm”
4.Enter a surname that you want to include in the charm
5.Choose a design for your charm
6.Confirm the design on the preview page, and choose “purchase the charm” (if you already have made a payment, please go to step 9)
7.You will be redirected to Paypal. Please finalise your transaction
8.Once the transaction is complete, return to the kamon.net preview page. If the green “purchase the charm” button is not visible, please refresh the page.
9.Select “create the kamon charm”
10.Feel free to download and use the kamon charm.
※You may use this as a wallpaper, or print a copy. When setting as a wallpaper, please make your own necessary adjustments.

■How do I cancel the payments?

・Log in to Paypaland proceed to unsubscribe from our services.
・Once payments are cancelled, you will still be able to create kamon charms until the end of the subscription period.
・Every month from the date of purchase, your subscription will automatically renew for 1 month at a time. If you wish to discontinue the service, you should terminate before the renewal date.
